Closing unused upstream bugwatch. (The windowlist crash is a separate crash, btw)

Yeah, similar symptoms, but very unlikely to be the same crash.

Anyways, the stasks widget has been removed from Kubuntu 10.04 since its author is no longer maintaining it. It has been replaced by the plasma-widget-smooth-tasks applet, a fork of the original stasks code.
