Launchpad converts bug links in imported comments

If a comment is made on a remote bug watch referring to bug #XXXXX, when that comment gets pulled into Launchpad, that "bug #XXXXX" will get converted into a link to the Launchpad bug #XXXXX, even though the remote bug watch comment is almost always referring to a a bug in their project, and not Launchpad.

See bug #480671 for an example.

Possible solutions:
1. Don't linkify any comments imported from remote bug watch
2. Make the linking relative. E.g. if the comment comes from Mozilla Bugzilla, link to their bugzilla's bug #XXXXX. Obviously this solution is a lot harder to implement, but would be a pretty cool feature.
