Bug Description
Now that the assignee for a specification has changed, I want to make him the person who I've asked to fill in the Implementation section. Unfortunately, Blueprint doesn't let me change the feedback request I made, nor does it even let me delete the obsolete request.

In my case, I wanted to change the feedback request because it was EMPTY.....
And I found out that I couldn't even add another feedback request to clarify the first:
An error occurred.
You've already requested feedback from Benjamin Mako Hill
Sigh.
And it was empty because when I filed it, I tried typing the assignee in and hitting "enter" to check to see if that was valid (assuming it worked like the "search" popup box). And instead, it just send along an empty feedback request, without checking or asking for any confirmation....
