dhclient should send hostname to Dnsmasq

Bug Description

If dhclient sent the hostname when it requested an ip address, Dnsmasq can use it to provide local dns for that name. In /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf this line can be added to accomplish this:

send host-name "`hostname`";

This would be very helpful.

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'dhclient'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.
