Please sync hammerhead 2.1.3-9.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync the package as debian has fixed FTBFS with gcc 4.4

Changelog since current lucid version 2.1.3-9ubuntu1:

hammerhead (2.1.3-9.1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Fix "FTBFS with GCC 3.4: missing #include"; applied patch in BTS
(Closes:
     #505076)
   * Fix "FTBFS: config.cc:94: error: invalid conversion from 'const
     char*' to 'char*'"; made a copy of a string where necessary
(Closes:
     #560445)
