power-button -> logout/shutdown dialog unaccessible via keyboard

KDE 4.3.95.

I find that KDE's logout/shutdown dialog does not have keyboard focus if brought up by a press on the power button. The behavior is different from when the dialog is brought up by the Ctrl+Alt+Del key combination.

How to reproduce:
1) Logged in to KDE, press the power button.
2) Press Escape.

Expected behavior: The logout/shutdown dialog brought up by the power button should be dismissed by the press of the Escape key.
Actual behavior: Nothing happens.

I am unable to reproduce the bug on openSUSE 11.2, running the same KDE version.

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the
KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate
your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at
https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this
speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more
effective debugging.

This actually seems to be a conflict with the 'Focus stealing prevention' feature. It's set to "low" by default. Set it to "None" in Systemsettings->Window behaviour->Window behaviour->Focus stealing prevention level. It then works fine here.
