Bug Description
In Kubuntu 6.06, juk can't play mp3 after the mp3 support has been installed and most media players (kaffeine, amarok, etc.) are able to play them.
Adding libarts1-xine doesn't fix this.

arts doesn't support MP3 in kubuntu but akode does. We should probably default to MediaSystem=1 so that libakode2-mpeg will take affect.
