Live installer do not work at 640x480 resolution

Bug Description
Binary package hint: base-installer
Because of bug #25079, my laptop boot in 640x480. When I try to launch the live installer, the window appear but I can't see any of the button. I can still change the focus using Tab, but it would be challenging to go through the whole installer blind.
See the attached screenshot to get a better idea of the situation.
