Adding a service to a organization sector cannot be done.

Prerequisites:
User should be logged in to the system as an admin.
Steps:
1. Click on “Assistance Requests” link in the Home page.
2. “Request Management” page loads.
3. Click on “View Requests for Aid” link.
4. “List Aid Request” page loads.
5. Click on an ID in the left-hand column to make a Pledge.
6. “Add Request Details” page loads.
7. Keep pledge status as it is and click on “Add Organization” link to add an organization.
8. “Add Organization” window appears.
9. Click on “Add Sector” link to add a Sector.
10. Click on “Add Service” link.
Expected Result:
Add Service window should appear.
Actual Result:
An error message displays “Invalid Function”.
