Bug Description
when running the search on RTL localization (as Hebrew and Arabic), the results titles are being in the left, what makes the user scroll a lot to find out the projects names. screenshot included.

I can see it's a bit of a problem, I don't know how to fix it though. I need someone skilled at RTL text design to have a look at it and hopefully fix it.
