every time I install on lucid this error message comes up I could never catch it b4 but just now instaklled a single package using dpkg -i and got the error on the term

I have looked at /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/config_manager/implementations/svn_vcs.py but I cannot see what causes the error

3). expected error free installs
4). got above errors

This error appears at several packages.
I looked at the python code, but I have no idea what it does.
it seems trivial and not important.
just gives an annoying message.
