Bug Description
When the frog gets owned buy a car it should leave a green goo puddle on the road so you ca see where it happened, and then wipe them all off at level change.
Could do something similar when it falls into the water and when it hit the walls between the "goals"

Sounds like a decent way to add a more professional theme. Possibly an animation when a frog dies: In classic frogger there is a sort of skull and cross bones displayed for a short time.
