x2vnc using way too much memory

Bug Description

Binary package hint: x2vnc

x2vnc is completely hogging down the system as soon as I start it.

I tried the upstream version and it works flawlessly: http://fredrik.hubbe.net/x2vnc/x2vnc-1.7.2.tar.gz
