Your problem appears to be with the karmic-backports repo, so I am assigning this bug against the karmic-backports project rather than the main Ubuntu project. From just glancing at this bug, it looks like 4.3.5 is just half-built to me, and that this should resolve itself once the rest of 4.3.5 gets built.
