Bug Description
I work on a rather large source tree with "many" directories (java project). If i run qadd (even with the "tree" not having any unknown files) toggling the "Select / Deselect All" button causes the UI to get held up for quite some time...

In trunk, this should be much faster. Craig: Please will you test it and let me know.
If it is still to slow, please will you run
bzr qadd --lsprof-file qadd.callgrind
and attach qadd.callgrind to this bug.
