Bug Description

Binary package hint: opencryptoki

Only members of the pkcs11 group can initialize a token on the TPM. The easiest way to fix this is to add:

/usr/sbin/adduser root pkcs11

to the postinstall script, directly after the group is created.

I've got opencryptoki version 2.2.8+dfsg-3 in Lucid Alpha 2.

I have no idea why the Debian bug watch updater thing isn't reflecting the fact that this is well and truly fixed in Debian testing. I've filed https://edge.launchpad.net/bugs/527465 to request a sync, and then this bug can be marked as fixed.
