Please sync gigolo 0.4.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Previous Ubuntu upload was a fake-sync due to 3.0 (quilt) source format. This
package is in unstable for 25 days (can't enter testing because it hasn't been
built on hppa yet), so please sync it from unstable. Thanks!
