Editing a bugtask target via the AJAX inline editor sometimes causes it to spin forever

Bug Description
This is semi-repeatable for me. If I edit a bug task target using the AJAX editor, after I select the new project, the spinner sits there spinning forever. Reloading the page from scratch shows that the project did get changed, it just didn't update the UI.
