default HKP keyserver no longer works

Binary package hint: gpa

Hi,

The default HKP keyserver is: hkp://random.sks.keyserver.penguin.de

However this no longer works. It would be better to switch to using the SKS ketserver pool instead.

Should be fixed in 0.9.0, which uses hkp://subkeys.pgp.net by default.
