There is no option to "Save" a PDF with fillable forms

Bug Description
Binary package hint: evince
When I am editing a PDF with fillable form elements, I expect to be able to fill these in, and then go to the menu and do File->Save, or equivalently, press Control + S, and have my changes saved to the original file. Currently, there's only an option to save a copy.
