Bug Description
isympy is a top level IPython script shipped by sympy that loads some sympy things and then starts IPython. The current isympy uses our older API. This needs to be updated to use the new API. We are still finalizing the details how how things like isympy will call into the IPython APIs. This ticket is a reminder to fix isympy as we finalize these APIs.
