Hi, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Based on the log files, it appears something bad has happened with the metadata. I'm going to suggest a potential workaround for this issue and also ask that you turn on debug mode so that if this problem occurs again, we can get detailed log files that will give the developers a lot more information on what the root cause of the problem might be:
1. Quit the Ubuntu One client
2. Open Applications- >Accessories- >Terminal and run: share/ubuntuone ~/.local/ share/ubuntuone _backup
sudo mv -r ~/.local/
3. Open (or create if it doesn't exist): ~/.config/ ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf
4. Add the following 2 lines to this file and save:
[main]
log_level = DEBUG
5. Start the Ubuntu One client
If the problem continues, please attach the following file to this bug report: ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. log Note that attaching syncdaemon.log will show filenames you are attempting to sync with Ubuntu One. If you do not want this to be public, please mark the bug as private and this bug report will only be available to you and the Ubuntu One team.
Thank you,
Joshua
