Bug Description

This appears both in Windows XP and Ubuntu: The layout of some of the windows is broken. The tabs that have a list to the left and a frame to the right have a dark border around the frame and scroll bars are not placed right. The Help dialog's first tab suffers from a strange margin to the left.

It looks like a style sheet problem for the QTextBrowser. I can reproduce on my Ubuntu. Can someone conform that this appeared with Qt 4.6.1?

I changed the style sheet to fix this regression. It didn't fix a small problem with the scroll bar though.

No, I think it appeared after the window focus fix (revision 5716). I've checked out and built revision 5715 and everything appears OK, even the scroll bars.
