Bug Description

when changing settings in "Window Manager settings" -> window decorator effects it writes the wrong key type in gwd.
metacity_theme_active_opacity & metacity_theme_opacity should be of type "float", instead they get set to "integer" messing up titlebar transparency/opacity.
