After installation grabcd-rip won't run, complains about missing /etc/grabcd.conf

Bug Description

I installed grabcd-rip, but when trying to run it from the console I received this message, "ERROR: configuration file </etc/grabcd.conf> does not exist."

Same applies to grabcd-encode, but there's no way to report a bug against two packages simultaneously.

Funny, 10 years on and this exact problem still on! Amazing that nobody could use this package in ubuntu all these years!
