no edition possible in the "others" tabs

Bug Description
When I open the cover Thumbnailer gui manager and open the "others" tab we cannot edit anything.
I would be better if we could add folder and the folder thumbnail are refresh if there is a Folder.png file in the folder and the default path(recursive) should be /home/<user>

The functionalities are not yet implemented, but the tab already exist... The functionalities of this tab will be implemented in the next version (v0.7)
