Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-notifier

When installing packages from the update-notifier, and asking to see changelogs, it always seems to try to download them, but only very rarely actually shows some.

I have seen it quite a few times. Initially I thought it was related to mirror I was using. But it looks like changelogs are hosted somewhere else.

Well, the last few updates, every single package either had no changelog at all, or presented the full changelog back until the first release - except the dates were carefully deleted.

I'd say this is completely, utterly broken.
