b14 doesn't save existing good tracks upon cancel

Bug Description

I have discovered a consistent pattern with older CDs where higher numbered tracks fail to rip, whereas the lower ones are fine. As Rip progresses through the disc, it's clear once track n fails, all subsequent tracks will fail as well. However, if I cmd-period the rip, all the successfully ripped tracks prior to n won't be saved. So my choice is to quit and rerip the good tracks, or waste my time by waiting for Rip to complete the known-to-be-unsuccessful tracks.

If Rip has accurately ripped >= 1 track and the user cancels, please save the good tracks rather than throwing them away.

Thanks.
