History views should always show full, non-truncated titles.

Bug Description
On the All History page or a person's History, we should always show the full titles for books. No need for truncation in that layout, so let's show the whole thing.
Also, noted that edited works display as "/works/OL362709W" in history items. This should be the title of the Work.
