Bug Description
At the moment the BugHeatUpdater is run as part of garbo-daily. Whilst bug 509195 is being fixed and will make the updater more efficient, it should be completely removed from garbo-daily so as to ensure that we don't fire off a 30+ hour job when Launchpad 10.01 is rolled out.
