Bug Description
Binary package hint: tsocks
I run tsocks irssi to connect to freenode (which was up at the time) and as a result I get
libtsocks(15652): SOCKS V4 connect rejected:
I expected it to connect like it has done before. I made no changes to the configuration file.

This was a result of a faulty Microsoft server implementation of SOCKS4, so the client has no issues.
