'Open with Exaile' and dropping a folder lead to different results

Bug Description
From a user’s point of view, adding a folder via “Open with Exaile” from the context menu in Nautilus and dropping a folder onto Exaile should add the same files. However they do not, if there is a m3u playlist in the folder.
“Open with Exaile” only adds the audio files, and ignores the playlist.
Dropping a folder adds both, the audio files and the playlist, which leads to duplicate entries. Cp. https:/

doesn't happen in current trunk as far as I can tell. If you can reproduce it in trunk, re-open the bug and include the revision number and exact steps taken to reproduce.
