Bug Description
STR:
1. Install evolution-couchdb.
2. Start evolution. Make sure that there is a new addressbook type CouchDB and it has UbuntuOne addressbook.
3. Shut down evolution with --force-shutdown
4. Uninstall evolution-couchdb.
5. Start evolution. Observe CouchDB type with UbuntuOne addressbook.
Screenshot is attached.
Why that happens: The list of types and addressbooks is stored as gconf entry and it is not being updated after plugins are removed. This is most likely a bug in Evolution, though.
