Window picker panel applet normally included with netbook remix will not integrate title bar of maximized windows into the panel. *not using netbook remix* *no problem in 9.10*

this is a handy panel applet that helps users with small screens maximize vertical space, even if they are not running the netbook remix. it's ability to absorb maximized window's title bars is quite useful and i had been running it with no problems in ubuntu 9.10. after updating to the alpha release i find now that the applet will show the title bar of a maximized window in the same way it always has, only now maximized windows will not shed their title bars. this renders the applet essentially useless. I am happy to be an ubuntu supporter and appreciate the hard work developers devote to making it a truly excellent OS. i cannot seem to determine if i am in error and have failed to include some other package that allows the applet to work properly. thanks again and good luck.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
We think this bug should be now fixed, can you try to reproduce it again? I tried to played a little with some settings to see if we can have a better feedback on UNE, but I reverted this change (FYI, it's a gonf key in /apps/maximus/undecorate which can be set as true or false).

In the meanwhile, I set the report as Fix Released for easier tracking, do not hesitate to set it as Confirmed again if the bug is still present for you.
