I can't connect camera to chat

When I try to chat with my webcam, that's impossible and the rigth button in the contac is not dark for be used.

2. What messenger system are they using (MSN, Yahoo, etc)?
3. What is impossible or what is wrong with the right button/contact list?

hi its my first time using ubunto and i am having a problem with empathy i am using a gateway 2.0 usb webcamera integrated to my laptop when i try to have a video conference with another contact with msn i dont have the video or audio icons I have tried amsn and i can have audio or video but not a video conference call like u can with msn I hope that this makes sense please help me

msn calling no longer works in empathy or amsn for that matter
