Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdm

1) Ubuntu 9.10
2) gdm: 2.28.1-0ubuntu2.1

3) When using "face-browser" mode I except the login screen to never show any plain-text input.

4) As soon as you start typing (without having selected a user yet) everything you type will be shown in a small text box in the lower right corner. I guess this happens since the users are arranged in a list and this should help you to select a user via the keyboard. However, in a hurry one might simply start typing his/her password which then of course is visible in plain-text.
