Bug Description
To more clearly tell apart the difference of "moved to the next milestone" and "drop this WI altogether" we should introduce a new status "DROPPED" which has the current semantics of "POSTPONED".
DROPPED should be the new canonical name, and "POSTPONED" should become a backwards compat alias.
