Bug Description
When we assign some embelems (one or more than one) to a folder, and if the folder is renamed, then the embelems are gone. however, if the folder is renamed to the original name (the name with which embelems were assigned), then the embelems reappear.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a folder. let the folder name be "Original" (though this is not a compulsion, and bug can be reproduced with any name. only for following step's references, i am specifying this name).
2. assign some embelems to it, by right clicking on the folder, going in to properties, and then selecting embelems tab.
3. rename the folder to "Duplicate" (again, some other string will work fine for reproduction). Embelems will go away.
4. rename the folder again to "Original" (string same as step 1), and embelems will come back.
UPDATE: this bug is not limited to one theme. if we assign embelem to a folder in one icon theme, and then change the icon theme, and then rename the folder, then the embelems vanish. but when in the new icon theme, if folder name is reverted back to original name, then icon of old theme comes there. see the "odd one out" icon in screenshot.
