Bug Description
As an example:
shutter 0 0 10 10
would specify to capture the upper left hand 10x10 pixel area to a file.
I want to use a bash script to call shutter once every 5 seconds to determine
if a specific location has changed and act on the change when it occurs.

This is already implemented for some important parts. At least, it is no problem any longer to user Shutter in scripts.
