bash-completion errors (but not fail) when dput is the command

Binary package hint: bash-completion

When dput is the command, if I try to use tab to auto-complete, it calls tr with incorrect parameters but the command can still be auto-completed

dput fixed this sometime before trusty, assigning to the correct package, and closing.
