kdesudo startup error 9.10

Bug Description

here is the error I get upon startup ...

Widget text: 'No command arguments supplied!
Usage: kdesudo [-u <runas>] <command>
KdeSudo will now exit...

This message show up everytime I start up 9.10. I cannot find what it is
looking for or what it is asking me to do. Please advise

thank you for your help ... I tried to re-install the package but it
didn't work
