Bug Description

First day of week in UK and DE/AT is Monday, not Sunday.
This patch corrects this.

Otherwise in all other countries, it will display monday as first day.

This patch fixes the language files for de, at and en and not for all other countries.

So the objection raised by noz is just overruled now? English translation shows first day of the week as sunday ...
