Kupu editor can't change style on p to a heading style

Bug Description

Sometimes it's impossible to change the paragraph style of text in a <p class="normal">...</p> to a heading style. Everytime you select a heading styling it changes back to the 'plain' paragraph style. Removing the class="normal" in the source makes it possible to style as a heading.

This should be fixed in the Silva trunk (2.2) now. The culprit was an onchange= attribute which was calling the same function as an event handler (i.e. kupuui.setTextStyle). The onchange attribute was removed.
