Please sync bash-completion 1:1.1-3 (main) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu's 1:1.0-3ubuntu2 has the following changelog: "Backport quote_readline
fix for bash 4, since double-quoting for compgen is no longer necessary".
This has been fixed in upstream's 1.1.
