Bug Description
For a long time now Helioviewer.org has used a fluid three-column layout for dividing up the main content sections. This implementation has some limitations, however, as evidenced by the difficulties involved in adding a 100% width footer to the bottom of the page.
In order to provide a more flexible layout, a CSS grids framework (YUI) will be used in stead of the original 3-column layout.

Due to some limitations of YUI Grids (regarding mixed fixed and fluid columns, and also sticky footers), an alternative 3-column + header/footer CSS solution was used which has all the desired properties. YUI is stilled included as a CSS reset, but it's Grid features will not be used.
