Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Unless there is a special user ID and password required which I am unaware of using "root", "user" or "guest" with the same again as password does not allow a log in.

This is the same on a BenQ Joybook U121eco and an MSI U123H

Please, describe exactly which Live CD are you using, and what steps do you follow since the computer boots.

What relation has the Live CD with debian-installer??

Normally you shouldn't need it, but if you do, the live CD comes with a user called 'ubuntu' with a blank password.
