Bug Description

I was created Usercommands my_IP and myip . Then I clicked on Username in dc-client and can find them there, but when I deleted this commands, its still were in dc-client.

sorry in rev 134 can't delete Usercommands
after restarting Hub it appear again

when I have edited existing Usercommand on the hub, user should recconnect to see changed Usecommand
