Bug Description
Binary package hint: minicom
Why the Ubuntu changes can be dropped:
The only change was dropping lrzsz from a Recommends to a Suggests since minicom was in main and lrzsz in universe.
Since minicom should be demoted to universe, this is no longer needed.
Debian changelog:
minicom (2.4-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release.

Thanks for you contribution. However minicom is going to be dropped to universe as part of the server-lucid-seeds specs [1]. As a consequence the delta between Debian and Ubuntu is no longer required.
