Bug Description
Most of the MySQL storage engines expire entries in the query cache whenever a table in the cached query is updated. We don't seem to be doing that properly.
I realize that we may not be able to fix this bug because the Fileman storage engine is currently read-only -- as a stop-gap measure we could write some documentation that suggests disabling the query cache.
