Bug Description
Please remove the package anyevent (source) and anyevent-perl (binary) from the current development release (lucid). It contains an older version of the AnyEvent Perl module which is now in the package libanyevent-perl. See also #470560.
Note: I could not check for reverse dependencies as I don't use Ubuntu myself.

Removal request ACK'd. anyevent was never in Debian, and hasn't had attention in Ubuntu in a long time. Upstream seems to be the same individual, although the upstream source differs in debian/copyright (likely bitrot in the anyevent package in the past four years).
